Stand Up Buffalo Programs
The City of Buffalo and Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency (BURA) have worked together for the past month, rolling out the STAND UP Buffalo programs to help keep residents stably housed by providing rental assistance payments and foreclosure prevention services to those impacted by COVID-19. As moratoria may expire in the coming days, BURA desires to inform as many residents as possible of the available assistance. Therefore, we have created the campaign “What’s Your Plan?” to inform and educate the public. The overall goal is to keep families out of the eviction process and safely, stably housed.
